Michael Bub completed his 4th season as Head Coach of Sacred Heart High School bringing them to back to back Championship Game appearances in the Hudson Valley Football League 2008 & 2009. Before accepting the Head Coach position at Sacred Heart he spent 16 seasons as an assistant coach in the Catholic High School Football League. Coach Bub also serves as the Offensive Coordinator / Quarterback Coach. The 1977 graduate of Mount Saint Michael Academy started his coaching career in 1979 with the Morris Park Lions Pop Warner Football Club. Coach Bub took over the Head Coaching duties in 1980 which continued for the next 14 seasons. He was also named President of the organization in 1983. Under his guidance the organization had 14 First Place finishes and 15 Playoff Championships. His career record with the Morris Park Lions was 115 - 19 - 4.
In 1990 Coach Bub was named Head Coach of Cardinal Spellman High School Junior Varsity leading them to a spot in the Catholic High School Football League AAA playoffs. From 1991 through 1999 he held several positions including Offensive Coordinator, Defensive Coordinator, and finally Assistant Head Coach all on the Varsity level. In his 10 seasons at Cardinal Spellman his teams reached the AA playoffs in the Catholic High School Football League 7 times highlighted by a AA regular season Championship in 1998.
The year 2000 Coach Bub moved on to a new challenge in his football life accepting a position as an Assistant Coach at Fordham Prep. His duties there consisted of coaching several different positions during his 6 year stay including Wide Receivers, Offensive Line, Defensive Line, Linebackers, Quarterbacks, and Offensive Backs. In his 6 seasons at Fordham Prep his teams reached the Catholic High School Football League AA playoffs 5 times highlighted by a quarter final appearance in the AAA playoff in 2000. He also reached the AA semi finals twice in 2004 and then again in 2005.
Coach Bub works in conjunction with the National Football League as Head Coach of the Junior Player Development Program as well as a Coach for the High School Player Development Program in the off season. His duties consist of coaching young aspiring athletes with the fundamentals of organized football in partnership with the N.F.L. He also works with USA Football instructing Pop Warner and High School Coaches from around the country at clinics during the off season.
Coach Bub and his wife Lori reside in Yorktown with their 2 sons Michael, 19 and Stephen, 15.

Warren Bub completed his 4th season as Assistant Head Coach of Sacred Heart High School after 16 seasons in the Catholic High School Football League. He also serves as the Defensive Coordinator / Linebacker Coach. The 1983 graduate of St. Raymond’s High School started his coaching career in 1981 with the Morris Park Lions Pop Warner Football Club. From 1981 through 1993 his duties consisted of being the Defensive Coordinator. He was also named Vice President of the organization in 1987. During his tenure his teams finished in First place 5 times and won 7 playoff Championships.
In 1991 Coach Bub joined the football staff of CardinalSpellmanHigh School. He held the positions of Defensive Coordinator, Offensive Coordinator, and Head Coach all on the Junior Varsity level. In 1998 he was promoted to the Varsity as the Offensive Backfield Coach. Coach Bub remained in that capacity for 2 seasons. In his 9 seasons at Cardinal Spellman his teams reached the Catholic High School Football League AA playoffs 7 times highlighted by the 1996 Junior Varsity playoff Championship appearance and the 1998 AA regular season Varsity Championship.

Cedric Johnson completed his 3rd season as Defensive Line Coach at SacredHeartHigh School. He is also in charge of the Sacred Heart Football Teams Weight & Conditioning Program. Coach Johnson is a 2000 Graduate of Cardinal Spellman High School. After High School he attended IonaCollege where he starred as a Defensive End. He graduated in 2005 with a BA in Marketing.
Coach Johnson is single and currently lives in the Allerton Ave. section of the Bronx.
Michael Lee completed his 4th season as Offensive Line Coach at SacredHeartHigh School. Coach Lee is a 1978 graduate of ChristopherColumbusHigh School. He started his coaching career in 1988 with the Morris Park Lions Pop Warner Football Club. From 1988 through 1993 he was the Offensive and Defensive Line Coach. During his tenure his teams finished in First place 5 times and won 6 playoff Championships with a combined 56 - 2 record. In 1997 he joined the staff at CardinalSpellmanHigh School as an Assistant Coach. His duties consisted of scouting opponents on the Varsity level for 2 seasons. Coach Lee was then named Offensive and Defensive Line Coach of the Varsity for the 1999 season.
Coach Lee and his wife Mary Beth reside in Monroe Woodbury with their 2 daughters Casey 13, and Kerry 5.
Coach Pearson completed his 3rd season as Wide Receiver / Defensive Back Coach at Sacred Heart High School. Coach Pearson is a 1995 graduate of SaundersHigh School. After High School he began his coaching career in 1996 with SaundersHigh School as the Wide Receivers / Special Teams Coach.
Coach Pearson is single & currently resides in Yonkers.
Coach Sampayo completed his 2nd season at Sacred Heart High School. After a 2 year absence he assisted with Coaching the Running Backs and Linebackers. He had Coached the Wide Receivers on the 2006 Staff. Coach Sampayo is a former standout player who played his High School Football at Cardinal Spellman High School for both Coaches Mike and Warren Bub.
Coach Sampayo is single and resides in the Pelham Parkway section of the Bronx.
Ernie Santiago completed his 4th season as Asst Line Coach at SacredHeartHigh School. Coach Santiago is a 1977 graduate of ChristopherColumbusHigh School. He began his Coaching career with the Morris Park Lions Pop Warner Football Club as an Offensive Line Coach in 1980 which then continued the next 16 years through 1995. Coach Santiago was a part of 8 First Place finishes and 9 Playoff Championship teams while with Coach Mike Bub and the Morris Park Lions.
Coach Santiago is married to Helen and currently resides in Yonkers with their 16 year old son Eric.
